Vintage Whiting & Davis silver-tone mesh belt with classic liquid-metal shimmer and wonderful disco-era glamour. Features flexible metal mesh, a substantial rectangular buckle, five reinforced adjustment holes, and a pointed metal tip. The reverse of the buckle is clearly marked “MESH WHITING & DAVIS CO BAGS” with the Whiting & Davis mark. This was my mother’s belt and has been in the family for many years. Approximate measurements: • Total length: about 32\" • Adjustable fit: about 24\" to 28.5\", measured from the buckle prong to the adjustment holes Best suited to an XS waist based on the actual measurements. Please compare carefully with a belt that fits you well. A fabulous vintage piece for disco, glam, eveningwear, costume styling, collecting, or adding a flash of metallic drama to a simple dress or jumpsuit. Very good vintage condition with light age-related surface wear and minor finish wear visible on the buckle and hardware. Mesh appears intact and flexible. Please review all photos carefully, as they are an important part of the description. Ships promptly from a clean, smoke-free, pet-free home.
